This team builds on the great work already established and continues to drive triple-digit growth. With Cisco's continued journey to expand our software portfolio, strategic ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners are a crucial part of our mission to ascend to the top of the software industry.
Your Impact:
1. Strategic Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with major hyperscalers and ISV partners.
- Identify and onboard new strategic ISV partners that align with Cisco's software growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for ISV partnerships.
2. Marketplace and Co-Sell Growth:
- Drive triple-digit growth in the marketplace by leveraging ISV partnerships.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for co-selling with ISV partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of ISV partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Cisco products.
- Facilitate joint development initiatives and co-marketing activities with ISV partners.
- Ensure that ISV solutions meet Cisco's quality and security standards.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding ISV solutions and their integration with Cisco products.
- Support sales teams in customer engagements involving ISV solutions.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve ISV offerings and partnerships.
5. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to cloud and ISV partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new ISV partnerships and growth areas.
- Develop and present strategic initiatives to senior leadership aimed at enhancing Cisco's position in the marketplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing strategic partnerships, preferably with ISVs and hyperscalers.
- 5+ years' driving growth through marketplace and co-sell strategies.
- 5+ years' in leadership/people management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA Preferred
- Experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the technology sector is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms and co-selling processes.
- Proficiency in CRM and partnership management tools.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Analytical Skills:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive initiatives to completion.

- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
