Follow Trident on the Web atwww.tridentseafoods.comor on social media onFacebook,Twitter,Instagram,Pinterest,YouTubeorLinkedIn Summary: The Director of FSQA Alaska Operations will be responsible for the development and management of Quality & Food Safety Systems and tools for manufacturing locations to drive all Quality, Food Safety and regulatory compliance and initiatives across Alaska primary processing locations. This role will develop strategic plans to drive the execution of current and future Quality & Food Safety initiatives through enhancements to current systems or design and implementation of new systems. Key Responsibilities:
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $130,000to $170,000. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Work environment (includes travel/on-call): The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; time at Alaska shore plants is required. At times the employee will be required to travel in wet, cold environments. This position is based in Seattle with frequent travel to Alaska. Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
