Job Description This role involves creating and maintaining automation tests for complex structural engineering software. Key responsibilities include designing, documenting, and executing intricate software test cases using automated methods. The role also entails developing and maintaining test frameworks and collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure software quality.The ideal candidate will possess strong development skills and have expertise with TestComplete (SmartBear). As an active and essential member of an Agile development team, this position is critical in the software development process. It contributes to decision-making regarding project risks alongside software developers and product managers. Additionally, there are opportunities to mentor others in the necessary job duties and participate in cross-training across all applications within the software suite. Furthermore, this role serves as a key technical guide and mentor to Associate Software Quality Analysts and other responsibilities within the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team.
