The Century City Office is seeking a mid-level associate to join its dynamic, growing, and fast-paced Entertainment, Media and Music Industry practices. Our clients require sophisticated and dedicated counsel to advise on their cutting-edge matters on behalf of global entertainment, music and media companies, institutional and private investors, and creative talent. Candidates will have experience and a demonstrated interest in handling a range of both corporate and commercial entertainment and music transactions, including the purchase and sale of music catalogs, recording and music publishing deals and music licensing, and development, production and distribution agreements related to all forms of new media entertainment content. This Associate will be interested in becoming an integral part of a dedicated, Paul Hastings' premier, global Entertainment and Media and Music Industry practices. Outstanding academic credentials and large law firm experience are required.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
