Pay Range: $ 58,000- $82,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

The North America Treasury Analyst is a key source of financial analysis and leadership in a variety of process improvements and project-oriented activities. This person will gain exposure to and coordinate activities with multiple business units and corporate functions. The Analyst will also interact with all levels of Tempur Sealy management as well as outside resources including bankers, outside counsel and other experts.

Essential duties and responsibilities.



  • Manage US daily Cash Position
  • Manage relationships and services for over 100 bank accounts in the US
  • Assist in preparation of the global cash and debt forecast and ensure sufficient short-term liquidity
  • Assist with domestic cash management RFP and lead implementation if determined; and manage banking fees on an ongoing basis
  • Main administrator of banking platforms and Treasury Workstation
  • Supervise and continuously improve processes in place to prevent payment fraud
  • Owner of bank account database
  • Manage banking services for Canadian subsidiaries
  • Support the team in Mexico with cash tools and FX needs
  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of global short- and long-term funding and investment strategies
  • Assist in the selection, implementation and optimization of cash and risk management tools and strategies
  • Assist in providing analyses and making recommendations on financial aspects of new programs, projects, financings and capital structures
  • Coordinate activities with financial planning, accounting and audit, operations and legal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of treasury information and services
  • Eagerly jump into various projects that arise from time to time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.



  • Relevant work experience with a corporation, bank, or accounting firm
  • Banking / audit knowledge is a strong plus
  • Responsible and good time management
  • Self-starter with positive and inquisitive nature
  • Good excel skills
  • Good communicator
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to prioritize


Education and/or Experience



  • College degree with concentration in business, finance or accounting. Graduate degree (MBA, Masters in Finance, etc.) is a plus
  • Two years of work experience preferably in treasury, finance, banking or accounting firm


Software



  • Exceptional PC literacy pertaining to spreadsheet, power point and word processing software, with emphasis on Microsoft Office modules. Familiarity with a treasury workstation (Kyriba) a plus.


Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations

Prefer one or more of the following:



  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
