The Opportunity: We are seeking a full time Facilities Services Specialist to join our team. This role will provide direct support to the processing of mail, overnight mail, and interoffice/courier service program for all locations, as well as manage preprint forms inventory/orders and Iron Mountain shred service. Provide assistance to vendors and guests working at or visiting headquarters. Complete small-scale projects and support all facets of Facilities & Services service operations. What You'll Do: Sort and process postal and interoffice mail. Process support department mail jobs submitted in OnBase. Process incoming/outgoing transit bags and packages from/to courier service. Research and resolve issues related to lost or delayed courier materials. Process overnight mail and packages to departments. Manage the preprinted forms inventory and process preprinted forms orders, including the processing of business card orders for all locations. Manage the Iron Mountain shred service special requests, set-up new locations and resolve issues. Monitor business reply mail costs and request funds. Complete vouchers and purchase orders for postal costs and special purchases. Monitor mail center supply inventory, place orders and complete mail center reports. Process invoices associated with areas of responsibility. Sign-in and assist credit union guests and vendors. Perform supply, maintenance and support tasks as required by department management. Comply with DFCU Financial vehicle policy and procedures What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines. Ability to move up to 70 lbs. multiple times. Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive lifting. Exposure to inclement weather. Computer literate. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and prioritize requests. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
