AWS DevOps Engineer- Hybrid Location: Richmond, VA (This is a Hybrid position) Experience: 7-10+ years Required skills: AWS DevOps, AWS Services, CI/CD Deployment & Troubleshooting, Jenkins, Python/CFT/Groovy Responsibilities Experience in AWS Devops and AWS Services Good knowledge and experience on CI/CD pipelines and understanding of CI/CD framework Good knowledge and troubleshooting of Jenkins Good hands-on experience on python and shell scripting Self-driven and able to complete the deliveries in time Working knowledge of containerization (Docker)and supporting technologies Experience with Orchestration tools like Kubernetes Experience working with CICD pipeline and having knowledge of ATDD framework Experience maintaining automated build systems such as Jenkins Familiarity with Splunk/DataDog, Pager duty for investigating or monitoring problems on systems AWS Domain Skills- AWS IAM,AWS RDS,AWS EC2,AWS ECS,AWS Services, step function, AWS (CloudFormation, Lambda) Experience maintaining automated build systems such as Jenkins Experience maintaining large clusters using configuration tools such as: Ansible, Chef Experience in integrating test automation into DevOps pipeline Experience in Source control management such as GitHub Must know Python/Shell scripting and Groovy, AGILE methodology Willing to support on-call & work in PST time on-rotation basis Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 03/07/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $79,240- $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
