Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, has continued to exceed our strategic growth initiatives creating opportunity for our current and prospective team members. As a result, a full-time position is available for an architect. This position is available in our Middleton, WI office.

Responsibilities include design and production of architectural construction documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for any size project; coordinating with multi-disciplinary in-house team members and sub-consultant; mentoring less experienced architectural staff; and working closely with clients and contractor/developer design/build partners. Travel will be required.

The successful candidate must have all of the following:

  • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited college or university
  • At least five years of relevant architecture experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

  • Developing conceptual building designs in SketchUp or Revit
  • Producing projects in Revit
  • Developing project deliverables from pre-design to closeout
  • Aviation and/or government architecture project experience
  • Experience mentoring less experienced architectural staff
