Salary: $60K - $65K Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM You will oversee operations within the facility to maximize output, while maintaining the production schedule and ensuring that all deadlines are met. You will enforce safety and professional standards across all operations and organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to achieve production goals. Assessing various production stations to ensure optimal efficiency will be a key part of your role, along with maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure alignment with procedures and policies. You'll also manage the flow of raw materials and resources, while performing quality sign-offs on press operations and cutting jobs. Skills and Qualifications:
