Pay: $30-$35 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - Finish, Monday-Friday

Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities: Service a variety of equipment, including diesel engines and machinery, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance and repairs, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of verifiable diesel/mechanic/shop tech experience (prior experience working as a mechanic in a rental machine company is preferred).
• Prior experience working on manual lifts, reach forks, scissors, and boom lifts.
• Electrical, diagnostics, and hydraulics experience.
• Familiarity with the following equipment brands: CAT, Kubota, Cummins, and Perkins.
• A valid driver's license and longevity in prior work history.
• A growth and quality mindset.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
