Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.78 - $37.50 / hour

In support of the three Lee Health Auxiliaries, manages multiple gift shops, uniform stores and U.S. Post Offices at different campuses through effective leadership of Store Managers, Supervisors, paid Auxiliary Retail Assistants and volunteers. Develops retail strategy including purchasing and contracts, vendor relationships, planning and analysis, promotion and merchandising across the enterprise. Develops, implements and monitors budgets, operational goals and objectives. Plans and coordinates all related activity in order to produce optimum sales. Assures that quality of service, employee, auxiliary and customer satisfaction are maintained at appropriate levels. Aligns the retail strategy with all three Auxiliary Board goals and participates in and acts as a resource for the Auxiliaries, hospital departments and Foundation events. Partners with marketing to ensure brand standards are met for related apparel, uniforms and merchandise.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent related education required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years multi-store retail managerial experience required.

Certification: N/A

License: N/A

Other: Knowledge of or experience with hospital or health system retail environment preferred. Have a flair for merchandising, branding, and customer experience.
