Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this position will support building operations and facilities maintenance for the School of Public Health. Responsibilities will include managing building access and general security, room scheduling, package and mail distribution, monitoring of building intercom system and directing visitors, submitting facilities work orders and overseeing inventory tracking and physical biennial inventory. Duties & Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Any one or combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the categories below: A. college course work in facility management, operations management, or a closely related field, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
B. training from a vocational, technical, or an armed forces program which includes building operations such as coordination of building maintenance, construction management, hospitality, or closely related experience.
