The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient operations in the warehouse. Responsibilities may include financial management, operational performance and analysis, planning and execution, distribution, fleet management, inventory management, vendor management, and leadership, including performance management. Manage designated areas of Warehouse operation, oversee functional areas, and perform manager's duties as assigned.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

• Manages the shipping workflow, coordinates outbound deliveries, routes and generates shipping documents.

• Assign tasks to warehouse associates, monitoring performance, providing training, and addressing operational issues.

• Manages warehouse inventory, performing cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and adjusting inventory as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space, ensuring proper equipment functionality.

• Collaborate with the warehouse manager, supervisor and associates to attain department performance goals.

• Operates forklift truck as needed.

• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.

• Adhering to safety regulations, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining proper documentation.

• Performs other related duties as directed.

A must...

• Generally , 3-5 years of experience in related area of responsibility.
