Vaco is hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer for a growing technology-driven company in Phoenix, AZ.
We are seeking a skilled developer with a strong background in C# and .NET to contribute to innovative software solutions. This role involves working within a team environment to design, develop, test, and maintain applications that drive critical business operations. If you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance software and thrive in a collaborative setting, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# and .NET, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Work with SQL databases and optimize queries for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Follow software development best practices, including version control (Git) and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing and maintaining microservices.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Jest, JUnit, etc.).
  • Familiarity with modern security best practices in software development.
