Business Systems Consultant (Confluence/Jira)

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Confluence and Jira and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure ensuring seamless integration and operation of our systems.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
• Ensure seamless integration and operation of Confluence and Jira systems.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor system performance and solve issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and customers.
• Implement standard processes for infrastructure management and security.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of infrastructure components.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on infrastructure performance.
• Lead efforts to automate infrastructure processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
• Participate in planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Possess extensive experience in Confluence and Jira.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Show proficiency in infrastructure management and automation tools.
• Have a solid understanding of security best practices.
• Display strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hold a relevant certification in infrastructure management or related field.

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $154,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
