Web Migration - YEXT

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the migration of seven websites using YEXT to Client's global web infrastructure.
• PULL FROM COMPETETORS
• Work closely with web services, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth, timely migration process.
• Plan, execute, and test the migration process from the current web platforms to YEXT, ensuring minimal disruption to website functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to web migration, performance, and data integrity during and after the transition.
• Maintain and optimize web performance post-migration, ensuring SEO and site analytics are intact and functioning.
• Ensure that all website content, structure, and assets (images, videos, etc.) are migrated correctly without data loss.
• Monitor and document the migration process, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the IT and digital teams to ensure seamless integration with other Client's systems (CMS, CRM, etc.).
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal teams regarding new processes or tools related to web migration.
• Review and ensure compliance with Client's global web standards, including branding, design, and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web migration, ideally with 5+ years of experience working with web platforms and tools like YEXT.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, content management systems, SEO principles, and best practices.
• Familiarity with web analytics and tracking tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in managing or migrating enterprise-level websites is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a bonus.
• A strong understanding of Client's business goals and the importance of web migration to global operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in YEXT or similar web migration tools.
• Experience in website localization and global content management.
• Familiarity with Clients products and services.
