Staffmark has teamed up with an innovative food development company in
San Clemente, CA, and we're looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. Shifts Available: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Operate production equipment efficiently and safely
  • Handle materials and assist with product packaging
  • Label products accurately and consistently
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and standards are met
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals



Requirements:



  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
  • Comfortable working in a cold, wet environment
