Your Impact
Developing talent is the foundation of this role. You will build deep sourcing expertise, upskill colleagues, and create a culture of continuous improvement to ensure long-term impact.
Strengthening regulatory compliance will be a key priority, embedding strong controls, supplier due diligence, and targeted training to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
Delivering value to the categories will require ensuring that all spend follows a structured sourcing process and that negotiated benefits are fully realized.
Driving operational efficiencies will focus on simplifying processes, streamlining sourcing and contracting handoffs, and leveraging AI, automation, and outsourcing to improve execution and reduce cycle times.
Your Growth
You will be based in Miramar or New York as part of the Global Procurement Department, overseeing Sourcing and Contracts. Reporting to the Director of Global Procurement Operations, you will lead efforts to develop talent, strengthen regulatory compliance, deliver value to the categories, and drive operational efficiencies through outsourcing, automation, and AI. Your primary focus will be on the sourcing and contracting team, ensuring they have the expertise, tools, and development opportunities to drive success.
To keep the team's expertise sharp and continuously evolving, you will actively engage with the Product Development & Procurement (PDP), drawing insights from industry trends, best practices, and external benchmarks. Collaboration with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Risk, and ESG will be essential to ensure sourcing practices remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements and responsible procurement standards. Additionally, you will partner with Technology & Digital teams to optimize sourcing operations, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Education & Experience: A university degree in STEM, supply chain, or a related field with at least fifteen years of relevant experience; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: At least five years as a Sourcing Director or an equivalent leadership role with a proven track record in mentoring, upskilling, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, supplier due diligence, and risk management in sourcing.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial principles, market trends, and procurement best practices, with the ability to assess and drive measurable ROI.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Proven ability to structure complex contracts, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Process & Efficiency Focus: Experience designing and implementing sourcing processes that optimize execution, integrate automation and AI, and improve procurement
  • Change Management & Strategy Execution: A strategic mindset with the ability to lead transformation, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing and contracting.
