Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include, hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis and action planning, HR Administratio for On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping, compliance. Local expert on general benefit and policy questions. Supports multiple plants. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Influences and coaches' leaders and associates. Conduct and lead employee investigations.
