OVERVIEW As a Technical Architect, you will be a key member of our Process Excellence Center of Excellence (CoE). You will be the primary contact for all IT technical issues related to process mining and automation platforms. Your responsibilities will include understanding technical requirements from users and project teams, ensuring successful integrations with source systems, and creating optimal data pipelines, data models. You will also lead discussions on user management and authentication, acting as a technical liaison to remove any barriers to user adoption. Additionally, you will build data pipelines for new data sources, develop machine learning models, and create visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to technical support teams and business users. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the technical onboarding process for Celonis, Signavio, UI Path, and other Process Mining and Automation platforms.
- Conduct technical discussions to identify key system architecture components.
- Establish real-time integrations to source systems via APIs and Celonis internal integration solutions, creating new connectors as needed.
- Create and maintain security matrices for authentication and user/group management, and provision solutions for the Celonis platform.
- Build visualizations and written narratives to communicate quantitative insights and facilitate data-informed discussions.
- Continuously refine data engineering processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with AMS support team to resolve support tickets and enhancement requests.
- Perform data validation and ensure data quality and integrity across all solutions.
- Optimize data retrieval and storage processes for efficiency and performance.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL development and data management.
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions in the Process Excellence platforms, including integration, data pipelines, data models, automations, and security models.

WORK EXPERIENCES
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar role, partnering with product, engineering teams.
- Experience with SQL & Python, as well as data pipelines and ETL processes for large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred (Source systems include SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba).
- Strong background in Data Architecture, Integration patterns, and Development in data-related languages.
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques and machine learning.
- Experience with modern tech stacks and methods such as REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile, ETL Data modeling, SQL.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong focus on Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
