What You Need to Succeed
*Bachelors degree, preferably in life sciences discipline
*3-5 years sales experience with experience leading or mentoring team members

*Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and communicate a vision with a passionate belief in, and commitment to customer service
*Strong focus on fostering excellent relationships, trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
