Job Purpose:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing cross-platform tech governance to ensure alignment with the Business CoE. You will collaborate with business leaders across Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and Commercial functions to ensure effective governance and alignment with business needs. Additionally, you will influence and contribute to the development of the Veeva platform roadmap to ensure it aligns with business goals and technological advancements. As the primary point of contact for PMO and strategic operations within the Veeva CoE, you will manage finance, budgets, and drive unification across various functions. You will also oversee demand management, user access management, and ensure effective training and adoption of Veeva platforms across the organization. Providing oversight for Critical Pipeline support services is also a key responsibility. By fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and consistently meeting customer needs, you will deliver substantial value to GSK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee cross-platform tech governance, ensuring alignment with Business CoE.

  • Influence and contribute to the development of the Veeva platform roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technological advancements.

  • Partner with business leaders across Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, and Commercial functions to ensure effective governance and alignment with business needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PMO and strategic operations within the Veeva CoE, managing finance, budgets, and driving unification across various functions.

  • Oversee demand management, user access management, and ensure effective training and adoption of Veeva platforms across the organization.

  • Provide oversight for Critical Pipeline support services

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 15+ years of direct and relevant professional experience.

  • Experience with at least one Veeva Product.

  • Experience delivering business impact through IT-enabled solutions in a life sciences context, with a background in product ownership and PMO.

  • Experienced in PMO, finance and resource management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Veeva white belt certification.

  • Experience with Veeva Products.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

  • A relentless focus on delivering business value and simplification, with a passion for advancing science and medicines.

  • Experience managing team in a GxP context, with the ability to partner with various stakeholders and vendors.

  • Strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and the ability to influence software partners and challenge business partners.
