*Job Description: * Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking experienced Lead Installers for exciting large-scale projects in Nashville. As a Lead Installer, you will: * Install cable pathways and cables in some of the most prominent buildings in Nashville * Read and interpret blueprints, layout jobs, and tackle challenges head-on * Lead a team of helpers on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution * Interface with customers, showcasing your excellent communication skills and professionalism *Top Skills:* * Low Voltage Installation: Bring your extensive experience with CCTV and Voice/Data cable installation. No programming required. * Blueprints/Running Jobs: Demonstrate your ability to read prints, work independently, and keep project leads updated. * Leading Helpers: Show your leadership skills by managing a team on-site. * Customer Interfacing: Shine with your strong communication skills while interacting with customers. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Professional and takes pride in their work * Dependable and committed to a 40-hour work week * Some travel required, but very limited *Employee Value Proposition (EVP): * At TEKsystems, we value our employees and invest in their growth. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
