*Job Description: * We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. This role is responsible for the implementation and facilitation of Agile learning solutions, including training, communication, and coaching. The Agile Coach will lead teams in project initiation, organization, goal setting, and change management aspects of Agile. They will champion Agile values and adoption across the organization, develop training materials and process guidelines, and deliver Agile training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for Business and IT participants at the team level. *Responsibilities:* * Facilitate cross-functional team mediation and communication across various technical teams. * Identify, define, and implement enhancements in engineering methods, standards, and processes. * Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with Agile methodology. * Assess application product teams against Agile best practices and provide recommendations to Information Technology leaders. * Oversee a series of high-complexity projects across multiple departments and business units. * Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current program and project management implications throughout project timelines. * Develop strategies, readiness assessments, training, and communications. * Work with project managers to identify redundancies and duplications of efforts across projects and eliminate them. * Act as a mentor to project managers, motivating them to build cooperative work teams and identifying, developing, and directing team members' strengths, technological resources, and organizational processes. *Top Skills and Experience:* * JIRA, Agile, and experience in low maturity organizations. * 5-7 years of hands-on experience. * Project management and project coordination skills are nice to have. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
