In this role, you'll be at the forefront of IT support, ensuring smooth operations within our IT warehouse and deployment activities. Key Responsibilities: * Provide top-notch desktop support for IT warehouse and deployment activities. * Manage tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system. * Fulfill warehouse requests, check in inventory, and ship hardware based on submitted requests. * Update SAP for received and deployed IT hardware. * Recover equipment, pick up computers, and handle mobility and peripheral equipment from onsite locations. * Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information. * Send out boxes and return FedEx labels for remote users. * Process incoming return equipment and adhere to data retention practices. * Deploy computer peripherals, set up monitors, and image computers. Experience and Educational Requirements: * 2 years of experience in warehouse or stockroom activities. * 2 years of experience with computer support. * Must possess a valid driver's license. * Experience with MS Office 365 and associated applications. * Familiarity with Incident Management Applications (ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM). * Familiarity with SAP. Nice to Have: * Associate Degree. * Computer A+ certification. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
