We are working exclusively with our oil and gas client to identify a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support monthly in-person training sessions for new hires. These sessions introduce employees to the company culture, business strategy, and key organizational insights to ensure a strong start in their roles. As the Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring each session runs seamlessly by managing logistics, providing technical support, and assisting with interactive activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up the training room before each session. Set up and test the PowerPoint presentation, sound system, and any other AV equipment. Greet attendees and pass around the sign-in sheet. Provide support during the session as needed, including assisting with activities and breakout discussions. Ensure a seamless experience for presenters and participants. Collect and organize the sign-in sheet after each session. Provide feedback and observations to improve future sessions. Start Date: Early March; the first session is March 12th Schedule: Approximately once a month, each session lasting 4 hours, with 30 minutes of prep and wrap-up. Location: Onsite in Houston, TX Experience Required: Prior experience in training coordination, event planning, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with PowerPoint and basic troubleshooting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and provide support in a dynamic training environment. A background check is required for the selected consultant. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
