Systems Analyst, Digital Operations

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for providing operational, technical, and administrative testing support for Chico's FAS digital platforms.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partners with product managers, IT and business partners to both understand and clarify business & technical requirements and stories. Develop, document, and maintain test cases and test data for all user acceptance testing.

* Provides accurate and justifiable estimates for UAT resources and testing schedules.

* Executes manual testing of Chico's FAS ecommerce eco-system, conduct root cause analysis, record results and works with partners to identify and resolve defects.

* Executes manual testing of AB test program: identify and document regression testing scenarios, create/manage screenshot documentation for test program, works with partners to identify and resolve defects.

* Reports, monitors, and actions issues/defects from identification through resolution using Jira and Zendesk tools.

* Reviews weekly customer feedback to identify and escalate priority issues, identify customer friction patterns. Works with product management and IT to create tickets and appropriately prioritize.

* Proactively monitors, identifies and prioritizes customer friction points using ContentSquare analytics and session replay tool.

* Provides Adhoc supports for promotion and coupon testing.

* Performs miscellaneous research, operational duties, and assists with projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Digital Retailing, or related field

* 3+ years in ecommerce, vertical retail, or specialty retail environment

* 2+ years of experience with quality assurance, AB testing or testing-based role preferred

* Experience in project management and JIRA and Zendesk

* Experience in testing responsive site designs and mobile apps, with strong experience and attention to detail in visual / UX testing

* Passion for digital culture and e-commerce

* Executes work effectively by meeting deadlines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of product updates

* Strong communication and partnering skills

* Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective in cross-functional environments

* Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
