JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: TheFox Graduate School at Penn State seeks an experienced administrative professional to serve as Administrative Lead in the Office of Graduate Educational Equity Programs (OGEEP). This position provides direct support to the Associate Dean for Graduate Educational Equity/Chief Diversity Officer for Graduate Education, oversees the daily operations and administrative staff of the OGEEP, coordinates meetings and events, serves as budget assistant, and serves as a resource for internal and external contacts. Key Responsibilities:
TheAdministrative Leadoversees Graduate Assistants working in the office.This position works very closely with students, staff and faculty across the University and represents the OGEEP to coordinate with various businesses and organizations external to the University. Education and Experience:This position requires an Associate's degree or higher and 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience in financial management and reporting. Other qualifications include:
