* Hospital Collaboration: Act as a liaison with hospital teams to address critical needs, including capacity management and operational challenges.

* Representation & Communication: Represent the ARC in hospital and departmental meetings, effectively communicate key updates, and participate in problem-solving efforts to enhance unit operations.

* Regulatory & Compliance Support: Coordinate and oversee preparations for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.

* Patient-Centered Care: Serve as a role model in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation care. Participate in call coverage for the acute rehabilitation unit on a rotating basis and provide cross-coverage for inpatient services as needed.

* Partnership & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring departments and units to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

* Teaching & Mentorship: Engage in the teaching and mentorship of trainees, including medical students, residents, fellows, visiting students, and other allied health professionals, fostering their clinical and professional development.
