The Impact You Will Have This role is an exciting opportunity to gain experience about how human resources partners with the business to influence business strategies and initiatives. This position is responsible for partnering with the HRBP's in developing, managing, implementing and integrating HR program and guidelines to support the client's strategic objectives. As a liaison between the HR centers of excellence and the HRBP team, the associate HRBP will assist in assessing needs and advancing program work, project timelines and process mapping for new employment regulations, performance management practices, compensation updates and career development practices. This role will assist with multiple projects and initiatives that the HRBP team is working in partnership with the business on. This may include tracking and documenting projects, developing various materials, and attending meetings in support of the requested initiative. Your Responsibilities
