Position SummaryThe Manager of Strategy and Business Development position is a unique, critical, and highly visible role at Light & Wonder. This role sits within the Strategy team and reports to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. The Strategy team works side-by-side with the other organizations under the Chief Strategy Officer, Corporate Development and the Transformation Management office, and is actively involved in developing strategy with business unit leaders. The Strategy team will be a center of top talent in the company and be a pipeline for future executive leadership within the company. The successful candidate is an independent, analytical, and intellectually curious individual who can structure and execute analyses, develop strategies, and articulate findings to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization's business units. Qualifications:
The targeted pay range for this role is $137,400.00 - $150,000.00. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Light & Wonder and its affiliates (collectively, "L&W") are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses. As a result, certain L&W employees may, among other things, be required to obtain a gaming or other license(s), undergo background investigations or security checks, or meet certain standards dictated by law, regulation or contracts.
