Shift Details:

• 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday
• Pay: $23-$30 per hour (Based on experience)
• Temp-to-hire
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 pounds

Welder Fabricator Responsibilities:

• Production welding tasks while generating quality welds.
• Visual quality checks and takes appropriate action to correct defects.
• Complex dimensional layouts to complete products without fixtures.
• Prepares materials for welding, cuts, grinds, and cleans metal.
• Provides feedback to the supervisor on problems with the welding process.
• Analyze blueprints and work instructions.

Qualifications: 3+ years of related experience (able to TIG weld aluminum/GMAW weld all types of materials, and pass a weld test), strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, a safety and quality mindset, and the ability to walk, stoop, pull objects, kneel, stand, climb stairs, reach high, and lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
