Description
Job Summary The International Specialist manages daily operations in the international department, including criminal record searches, employment and education verifications, and other services. They process client requests, provide accurate updates, and maintain trust and data integrity. The role involves manual entry of requests, tracking delayed orders, and following custom client requirements. This position requires attention to detail, proactive communication with the team to avoid delays, and collaboration with Customer Service Representatives to support clients. The specialist will also develop a strong understanding of international products and services. Duties and Responsibilities
