Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing activity across all TTI social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X. The primary goal of this role is to drive engagement, grow our audience, increase web traffic, and support sales teams in initiating conversations and building customer relationships. This role involves real-time content creation, posting updates, monitoring reactions, and actively engaging with audiences across all platforms. Additionally, the specialist will conduct regular audits of our processes and platforms to ensure the effective use of relevant content and assets. A key aspect of this position is staying up to date with the latest industry trends, social media developments, and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness in our social media strategy. The Social Media Marketing Specialist position will report directly to & work closely with the Content Marketing Manager positioning TTI and the TTI Family of Specialists value proposition in our industry. ACCOUNTABILITIES Engagement and Support This role sits between the marketing, creative and content marketing disciplines, helping to meet shared objectives and providing insights and analysis to improve impact and effectiveness of company content. They will also help support the development social selling competencies and understanding across the wider business. The Social Media Marketing Specialist position will be first point of contact for the day-to-day social selling needs associated with Managing the corporate social media channels, including ad-hoc admin requests. Manage all corporate social platforms, providing weekly reports and being the main point of contact for social listening and sentiment analysis around our brand identity, the products we sell and current events that may impact our company's reputation or business objectives:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist role will work collaboratively with the supplier marketing team and others to leverage partner video content on our channel - amplifying the TTI value proposition and supplier messages. Provide guidance for branch content - engaging with them to guide their efforts, providing ideas and constructive feedback.
