We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.

Our Facility in Coxsackie, NY manufactures large, complex contoured structural components and assemblies for aerospace and other applications. Our integrated processes include stretch-forming, thermal-forming, chemical processing, precision fabrication, machining, finishing processes, and integration of components into subassemblies.

Job Summary

Marks identification on all parts as well as pulling parts from stock and preparing them for shipment.

* Part marks and identifies all parts per work order and/or customer specifications.

* Attention to details is a must.

* Packages parts for stock and/or shipment.

* Closes out work orders as needed.

* Maintains stockroom as necessary.

* Prepares parts for shipment, pulls items from daily lists, validates counts, assembles wooden and cardboard boxes.

* Inserts parts into shipping containers with the proper paperwork and proper labels.

* Maintains and executes cycle counts in finished goods warehouse as needed.

* Maintains a clean work area/environment (5s).

* Operates forklift and/or uses hand-truck to move parts to stock and distribute items as needed.

* Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.

* Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.

* Acceptable attendance is an essential function of the position.

* Performs other duties and assignments as directed.

Physical Demands & Work Conditions

* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * Regularly required to stand; walk; sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.

* Must be able to communicate effectively.

* Must be able to occasionally lift from 1 - 50 pounds.

* Working conditions are: 95% manufacturing environment, 5% office environment.

* Noise level is moderate.

* Frequently exposed to airborne particles, extreme cold, and extreme heat.

* Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and exposed to fumes.

* Safety glasses (ANSI Z87 compliant) required in all manufacturing areas.

* Hearing protection must be worn in designated areas.

* Fully enclosed shoes of solid, leather construction with a steel or composite toe cap (ANSI Z41 compliant) must be worn in all manufacturing areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to operate a forklift

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mylars (preferred).

* Read and understand internal procedures and policies.

* Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions

* Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.

Required Experience and Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Basic math skills * Basic Computer Skills - able to learn new screens, reports, functions and simple software programs with assistance
