Job Duties/Scope Of Work


At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our team is seeking an Interface Management Specialist to perform the following essential job duties:
* Perform as the company business and technical representative in the Interface Management organization.
* Responsibility for resolving service issues associated with interfaces between CPCCo and other Hanford contractors (OHCs).
* Contribute to the Interface Management team efforts by supporting a variety of other group projects.
* Manage and administer all aspects of the Support for Other Hanford Contractors program; involves reviewing, issuing, tracking, and approving intercompany work orders.
* Perform periodic assessments of the Interface Management program.
* Perform Buyer Technical Representative (BTR) duties as needed.
* Develop and prepare monthly and annual program reporting and metrics and other contractual deliverables.
* Developing, interpreting, and maintaining CPCCo and contractor interface documents per the terms of the CPCCo and implementing requirements: CPCCo Sections J2-Requirements Sources and Implementing Documents, J3-Hanford Site Services and Interface Requirements Document, J13-Hanford Site Structure List, and J14- Hanford Waste Site Assignment List; Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Administrative Interface Agreements (AIAs), Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs), Service Delivery Documents (SDDs) and others as applicable.
* Perform work in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner.


Basic Qualifications


* Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience
* Senior Level Grade 19: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 9 or more years of relevant experience

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Experience in customer service.
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Project Management, or related fields of study.
* Interface Management experience.
* Possess strong technical writing, editing, and document formatting skills to develop and updated various interface documents.
* Background in invoicing, business systems and/or financial field.
* Experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and Sharepoint.
* Previous experience where role included independent problem solving.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Senior Level Grade 18: $106,663 - $134,588
* Senior Level Grade 19: $117,225 - $147,775

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
