Our Company Adobe Design is seeking an Experience Designer to help build next-generation enterprise experiences that drive Customer Journey Management in Adobe Experience Cloud. We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile designer who thinks holistically while caring about details throughout the design process-from problem definition to design development and reiteration. You will work very closely with our partners across the entire Adobe organization in product management, engineering, and customer support to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable impact on the business. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,000 -- $227,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
