Description

NSK Precision America in Franklin, IN is looking to hire an Application Engineer Intern for our Spring/Summer 2025 program. These are paid positions. The program will run from mid May through the end of August (approximately 12 weeks).

Prefer students with Sophomore through Senior status.

Intern will be working on a specific project of creating a spreadsheet database with descriptive information for each of our products, other duties will include data input, miscellaneous Engineering department work.

In addition to main product database development, will also assist with other projects such as CAD design, hands-on assembly/test work with new product development for actuators and controls for automation equipment.

It will be on site for minimum of Tues/Wed/Thurs. and other days as needed to complete projects.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Experience with Autocad and/or Solidworks preferred

You will be provided company laptop and phone.

You must follow all safety guidelines and wear steel toed shoes, safety glasses, gloves, etc while on shop floor. Uniforms will be provided when required.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get real world corporate level experience.
