What You'll Do
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, welcoming check-ins and efficient check-outs
- Assisting guests with reservations, special requests, and hotel information
- Ensuring guest privacy and handling concerns with professionalism
- Recommending and upselling hotel services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintaining an organized front desk and handling transactions accurately
- Posting charges, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing
- Supporting a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a hospitality-focused professional who is friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic arithmetic and computer proficiency
- The ability to stand for long periods and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- A commitment to delivering top-tier service
