The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with a passion for hydraulics and drainage to lead and expand this growing discipline in our Bloomington, MN office. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert and client partner, shaping transportation and infrastructure projects not only across Minnesota but also throughout the Upper Midwest, including Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Illinois, as well as in Colorado. You'll help build and mentor a talented team, laying the foundation for a strong drainage practice and its long-term success. What You'll Do In this role, you will:
