Work Shift: DayPay Type: SalaryHourly Rate (if applicable): N/ATargeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): $49,600.00 - $64,500.00JOB OVERVIEW: Perform cash application duties with lockboxes, wires and ACH payments. Research, analyze and resolve deductions on a timely basis to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain customer accounts in good standing. Collect all unauthorized deductions. Perform account reconciliations, participate in special project and perform other department duties, as necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES: * Post all lockboxes electronically via Bank of America portal and SAP, post all ACH, wires and checks in payments as presented by Corporate Treasurer. * Researches and resolves deductions on a daily basis, investigating and determining the validity of the claim. Coordinates resolution efforts with brokers, customers and regional sales managers and submits to appropriate management personnel for final authorization * After deductions receive appropriate approvals, process through SAP to clear special G/L and post to assigned expense accounts. * Audits invalid deductions. Researches and provides appropriate documentation to customer. Coordinates re-payment with broker, customer and Director of Sales. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by Manager. * Ideal candidate identified. WHY BLUE DIAMOND?
