Description* Solution Architect, Analytics The Digital Products and Software team is building solutions to reimagine the systems that shape the way we live, work, and learn. The Solution Architect, Analytics will help design and ensure adherence to the design of multiple global digital products being developed within the company. This role will work on a range of software products critical to the continued business growth. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for solving complex business and technology issues, from strategy to execution, using data and analytics solutions. This is a global leader in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration, and Fire & Security segments with an unmatched product and service portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the architectural strategy and patterns for the company's software solutions in the domain of data analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ensure alignment of analytics architecture with business goals, technical requirements, and approval authorities. Lead the design of scalable, secure, high-performing analytics products for enterprise insights that will be implemented by teams of engineers. Guide technical decision-making for analytics products that consume modeled data in a medallion architecture from data products. Author expert guidance for engineering teams to select appropriate data querying, reporting, and visualization tools. Ensure that analytics architecture complies with relevant data governance policies and regulatory requirements. Define performance metrics for analytics solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Identify opportunities to package delivered solutions as reusable templates for future projects. Conduct regular architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations for existing analytics solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics architecture, including data models, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the company's architecture roadmap. Manage and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and support to other team members on analytics architecture best practices and tools. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the architecture team. Advise on vendor performance for outsourced solution architects. Ideal candidates will have postgraduate degrees, or equivalent professional experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $79.00/hr.
