Get to Know Your Team:

  • Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women's services, cardiology, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently provide high quality patient care before, during and after exams. Address the needs of the patient quickly. Keeps the patient comfort and safety in mind at all times.
  • Consistently produce high quality images for interpretation.
  • Consistently demonstrate competence and proficiency in the use of imaging and other patient care equipment regularly used in the department.
  • Consistently demonstrate competence and proficiency in patient record documentation, including consents, H&P, lab requisitions, etc.
  • Monitor and regularly check equipment, accessories, and supplies. Keep area adequately stocked and clean at all times, cleans and disinfects equipment after each use.
  • Consistently ensure that charges are properly recorded on a daily basis, with 1% or less errors recorded per year.
  • Consistently ensure that all images and paperwork are available for interpretation in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of equipment and filing practices used in the Radiology office.
  • Abide by employee performance standards and behaviors.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Technical/Vocational degree
  • Basic Life Saving Certified
  • Appropriate ARDMS certification or RDMS Registry eligible (within one year of hire)
  • Echo experience required

Preferred Job Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience
