Objective - To reduce accounts receivable past dues within specified region and resolve related problems by working closely with dealers, sales reps, and office personnel.
Organizational Structure: Reports directly to the Regional Credit Manager. Specific Responsibilities: Processing coded items Using established guidelines to determine if deduction valid If valid, processing transaction for credit memo If invalid, conducting follow thru until collected Coding unidentified deductions appropriately and handling as referenced above. Actively involved in the handling and processing of Delinquent Notices and collection of same Assigned collection responsibilities include all past due accounts in specified region Regional Account Analyst Authority: The Regional Account Analyst is authorized to take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the assigned responsibilities.
