Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lebanon, TN. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $21/hr

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers and business partners via phone and email, handle customer complaints professionally, diagnose and resolve issues, and monitor the progress of delivery routes. You will also scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, as well as process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Requirements:



  • 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while exceeding customer expectations
