  • Create and manage all phases of course development, from analysis and design to development and delivery, including eLearning modules, instructor guides, job aids, and multimedia content.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure content is pedagogically effective and meets learner needs.
  • Use graphic design tools and multimedia techniques to produce interactive course materials that maximize learner engagement and retention.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 compliance standards.
  • Provide guidance on multimedia platforms and learning management systems (LMS), offering recommendations for optimizing design for international audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve course materials and learning experiences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 18 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10 years with a Master's degree, or 24 years without a degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design and eLearning development, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong technical and creative skills.
  • Expertise in using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline for course development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCORM and Section 508 compliance, as well as technical specifications for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, and 3D modeling software.
  • Familiarity with various multimedia platforms and techniques for producing engaging instructional content.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems like Blackboard or Moodle.

If you're ready to join a collaborative team and contribute to impactful learning experiences in the Intelligence Community, we'd love to hear from you!
