Responsibilities The Army IT Service Catalog (AITSC), IT Metrics, and Army IT Portfolio (AITP) provide objective means to measure and cost service delivery, manage service delivery expectations, and supports the need for continual service improvement. For each deliverable, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Government for input on drafting, modifying, finalizing, creating timelines (project schedules) in support of the initiatives executed by NETCOM Command Activities Group on behalf of the Deputy Chief of Staff G6 and Office of the Chief Information Officer for Army.
Unique Support Tasks
1) Draft and provide updates to the Army IT Portfolio services list to reflect current DoDIN-A technical support and initiatives.
2) Draft and provide updates to the NETCOM IT Services Catalog to reflect current DoDIN-A Services, technology initiatives and delivery expectations.
3) Update the services-to-capabilities matrix yearly, which is referred to as "Services Crosswalk".
4) Identify KPIs for operations. Research, validate, and modify service delivery expectations for leadership analysis. l
5) Support the collection of consolidated quarterly and annual IT Metrics reports.
6) Conduct analysis against IT Metrics reports to identify areas for service improvement.
7) Participate in AITSC Catalog Working Groups, AITP Working Groups. Research Service delivery impacts to customers, present findings to working groups, and implement IT Service Catalog changes.
8) Assist DoDIN-A customers in use of the IT Services Cost estimation tools like Support Agreement Cost Estimation Tool (SACET) to determine Mission Funded costs.
9) Recommend changes to practices, processes, standards and technologies to improve service delivery updates to the AITSC and the AITP. Update and maintain changes to the Process Management Plans annually in partnership with NETCOM G3 Capability Managers and Capability engineers.
10) Implement and update the Continuous Service Improvement Program for identified processes.
11) Maintain Service Design Packages for NETCOM enterprise systems, capabilities, services, and emergency technology. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
