JOB SUMMARY:

As an independent ATM company, cash is our most important asset and oversight of the cash management value stream is a key discipline of the organization. The Cash Recycling Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end Cash Management value stream for Recycling ATMs. This includes supervision of the Recycling Cash Management team members as well as being a liaison to the Field Service, Treasury and Accounting teams. The Cash Recycling Manager will utilize data analytics to ensure that recycler cash adds and pulls are effectively forecasted and that average cash balances and bank fees are minimized. They will also collaborate with all value stream partners in the supply chain to maximize Recycling ATM uptime.

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Interviews, hires, and ensures that new staff are adequately trained.
  • Supervises the daily responsibilities of the department and rebalances workload by person as necessary.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Provides coaching and discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.



DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize date and metrics to monitor the performance of the cash recycling department.
  • Perform root cause analysis of reasons for missed fills and out-of-cash ATMs and implements corrective actions.
  • Report out the daily metrics of the cash recycling department and status of key initiatives to leadership.
  • Drive process automation initiatives to enable the team to be able to support 1,000+ recycling ATMs.
  • Increase the efficiency of how we source & supply cash to and redistribute excess cash from recycling ATMs.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for cash recycling department.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Operate as a team player and effectively communicate to other department leaders.
  • Assist the project management team with the rollout and onboarding of new machines and clients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 5+ years of previous experience in treasury / cash management roles.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
  • Previous experience utilizing accounting and treasury software systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant tools.
  • Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
  • Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and assignment of additional responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 10 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
