Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support (Inside Sales Support) Representative you will:

• Independently resolve incoming matters (up to and including in-process orders) within region to which assigned and escalating to Project Manager based on escalation criteria or supervisor/ manager approval
• Provide timely and effective communication to G&W Electric representatives, external customers, and internal customers
• Process change orders
• Complete all departmental filing in appropriate G&W Electric systems (i.e., orders correspondence, contracts)
• Provide a high level of customer service by working closely with internal departments (such as Production, Planning, Order Entry, and Shipping) to ensure our customers' needs are being met
• Utilize G&W CRM and other systems platforms for status updates
• Assist with process mapping and training needed
• Perform other job duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a High School Diploma
• Has a minimum of 3 years customer service or related experience
• Possesses basic technical aptitude to understand G&W Electric's products
• Has clear and effective communication skills
• Must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Has Microsoft Suite knowledge (Outlook, Word, beginner/intermediate level Excel)
• Ideally has experience with JDE/Salesforce

What we offer you:

Typical pay is $50,953 - 62,423 annually.
