Online Support Specialist The Online Support Specialist is pivotal in managing student records and ensuring compliance with institutional and clinical program requirements. This individual will serve in an operational capacity and liaise between various departments to support collecting, validating, and distributing student information. They will also assist with accreditation processes, clinical agreements, and ongoing communication with students to ensure the timely completion of required documentation Responsibilities:
Per the US Department of Education Program Integrity Rules, postsecondary institutions that participate in the student financial assistance programs pursuant to Title IV of the Higher Education Act (HEA) are barred from providing incentive payments to any person or entity engaged in student recruiting and/or admissions activities. Reporting Relationships: The Online Support Specialist reports to the Online Executive Director of Advising with indirect reporting to the Associate Directors of Student Advising. The Online Support Specialist will work cross functionally to assist with advising and clinical administration. Requirements:
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills looking to support students and faculty in a dynamic academic environment. Ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in a fast paced, service focused setting. This role emphasizes leadership and coordination, ensuring the timely management of student compliance documents and communications between the university, advising, faculty, and clinical sites. The focus is maintaining compliance with institutional, clinical, and regulatory standards.
